Project Overview
During the sixth semester of my ICT & Media Design studies, I collaborated with two fellow students on a project for the renowned music festival Pinkpop. Our mission was to design an interactive, audio-reactive landmark that would enhance the festival’s atmosphere and attract younger audiences by offering an engaging experience beyond the live performances.
Conceptboek
What will it look like?
First of all, we have developed a concept book for our client. This includes the research, design, and concept, among other things. In it, we clarify our plan; how it should work and why we have made certain choices.

The Code
And what's behind it?
To demonstrate and clarify our concept for our client, we developed visuals that change based on the audio playing. For this, I used the programming language Processing.

The Demo
But what does it look like?
In the video below you can see the final result of the working prototype. For the prototype, we made a small 3D-printed version of the project and projected the visuals onto it. The client could thus also experience what it would look like at the Pinkpop festival.
